Foreclosure-direct.com (The site) is a National directory of REO service providers (Members).
Members certify that the information provided in their application for membership is true and correct at the
time of submission to Foreclosure-Direct.com. Upon submission, Foreclosure-Direct.com will, at it’s
discretion, verify the information provided in the application and either approve or deny applicants request
for inclusion to the REO service provider directories. If denied, the required processing fee will be fully
refunded. If approved, member information will be entered into the directory in the members area of practice.
Additional areas may be added at an additional fee. Additional areas require new payment and new
application subject to the same conditions as original application. Once member advertising is placed, no
refunds will be made to member. Request for removal of member information can be made at any time yet,
once advertising has been placed, no refunds will be made.
Foreclosure-Direct.com and site owners do not guarantee inclusion to the directory of service providers nor,
do they guarantee that: Once membership is approved and advertising is placed, that member will receive
orders for any services. Visitors and users of Foreclosure-Direct.com have the ability to choose individuals or
Companies at their own discretion and Foreclosure-Direct.com does not place service orders directly or
indirectly. Foreclosure-Direct.com is made available to Property buyers, asset managers, financial institutions
and others looking for REO related services and service providers without cost.
Links included by the members of Foreclosure-Direct.com redirect visitors to sites that are not under the
control of Foreclosure-Direct.com. Members agree that the links they provide will direct visitors to sites
related to the REO industry. Acceptable links include those to property searches that provide open access to
listings within the members area of licensing only, service provider sites directing visitors to information
about buying, selling or the preservation of bank owned properties. Members are responsible for the content
contained in sites linking away from Foreclosure-Direct.com. The statements, views, and opinions contained
in the independent brokers'/vendors' communications and materials are those of the authors and are not
endorsed by, nor do they necessarily reflect the opinion of Foreclosure-Direct.com or The Site Owners.
All advertising will remain in effect for a period of 12 months from inclusion. Recurring payment or additional
charges will not be made by Foreclosure-Direct.com at any time. After 12 months, member may submit
processing payment and a new application for inclusion. We do not provide an “automatic renewal” feature.
All members must re-apply for membership after 12 months.
